Local authorities in southern Ukraine say Russian forces have again hit civilian sites in the Odesa region.

The regional military administration reports that a multi‑story apartment building in Odesa was struck. In a separate statement, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service says a Nova Poshta delivery terminal in the region was also hit, injuring two people and damaging the building and a truck.

Nova Poshta is a major private logistics operator, so damage to one of its terminals can disrupt deliveries of parcels and supplies that many households and businesses rely on. A strike on a residential block forces residents to leave damaged homes and highlights how front‑line risks have spread deep into urban areas along the Black Sea.

These attacks fit a pattern of Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities and infrastructure, including in Odesa, where port and logistics facilities have repeatedly been targeted during the war.
